2024-2025 Tuition and Fees
**PARTICIPATION IN FACTS TUITION MANAGMENTS IS MANDATORY.
All payment plans begin July 2025.**
Registration fees are paid at the time of registration. There will be an Early Bird discount for registration fees paid by March 31, 2025. Enrollment fees paid after March 31, 2025 will be at the full fee price and increase by $50 each month.
REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.Current Families New Families Early Bird Discount Registration Fee (April) Registration Fee (May) Tuition Fees (does not include mandatory fundraising & field trip fees.) The annual cost of tuition is divided by 10, 11, or 12 monthly payments. Annual tuition paid in full by August will receive a 2% discount. (July-June)One Time PaymentFamily with 1 Student Family with 2 Students Family with 3 Students Family with 4 Students After School Care Fees The annual cost of After School Care is divided by 10 monthly payments. Monthly payments are paid from Aug-May at the rates listed below. Monthly drop-ins are billed to your FACTS account the following month. Annual ASC costs will be prorated for students enrolled after August. Please see the breakdown below. Number of Students Monthly Payment Family with 1 Student $125.00 Family with 2 Students $175.00 Family with 3 Students $225.00 Family with 4 Students $275.00 Drop-In Rate: $15.00 Per Student Per Day *There will be an additional fee of $5.00 per minute if a student is not picked up by 6:00pm. Discounts It is the responsibility of the FAMILY to provide notification and proof of discounts to the school business manager in order to begin receiving discounts for the school year. Parishioner’s Discount: $150.00 per family per year. Verification of $150.00 contribution to St. Paul Parish will be done with the St. Paul School and Parish staff. *Military Discount: 5% per student tuition only, does not include ASC or other fees. Proof of Active Military ID/Orders must be provided to the school bookkeeper. *Archdiocesan Employee Discount: 5% per student tuition only, does not include ASC or other fees. Verification of employment within the archdiocese of San Antonio will be done. *Military and Archdiocesan Discounts WILL NOT be combined.
